Before we move on, we need to get a few things cleaned up...
*At this point, most of your blogs can be read by "anyone". If you want to tighten that up, go to the "Settings" tab and then the "Permissions" tab to adjust.
*Please become a "Follower" of every other member's blog. You can do this by visiting their blog and click on "Follow me". Some of you are being selfish by not returning the love!
*Also you need to invite all others to Google Talk chat. In google talk, click on the "Add" button at the bottom.
Thing #8
Download Picasa and create a "web album" - post 3 fun things you can do in Picasa.
Thing #9
Using your digital camera, pick your favourite colour and take 10 photos around your campus of that one colour; a shirt, a sign, a book, part of a wall, someone's shoes, etc. That colour should be the dominant element of each photo by getting close to the item.
"seeing" information - video
Thing #10
Put those 10 images into your web album. "Add a gadget" to your blog called "Slideshow" and connect your Picasa web album to it. Your 10 images should be now visible on your blog.

Hi Jennie,
ReplyDeleteI created two picasa albums - one with fun things I want to do and the other one, called Red. I had no problems creating a slide show with the first album on my blog, but cannot do it with the red. I tried under 'edit' and even deleted the fun things album, but no results.
Any tips?
Thanks,
Elena
It was a shock to find that Picasa was already connected to over 500 photos that I've posted over the years.
ReplyDeleteI have installed picasa 3 at home as well, and am amazed at all that it offers. Where was this technology for MY wedding photos? Will certainly use from now on, especially for our son's wedding photos in June.
