At Playworks, ...I'm glad you liked our article. At Playworks, we've found that helping kids to organize the playground by determining rules and where the games are played really helps students. Our coaches also teach students fun, new games that are inclusive and trains student leaders who support at recess. My previous school in Rio benefited a lot from it, as the kids took part in different 'classes', from yoga and meditation to basket weaving and freestyle basketball. It also gave teachers the opportunity to sponsor an activity related to their interests.
